Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Opened or used medical supplies or clothing.
  • Items that have been personalized or customized.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at kikismedicalboutique@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with it.
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  • We REQUIRE a tracking number emailed to kikismedicalboutique@gmail.com for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will process your refund within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
